At our Customer Centre, we tell it how it is. No hidden charges for ‘extras’ and no sudden shocks when you come to pay, because should your Toyota need any further attention, we will inform you before we do any additional work.

You might be surprised to learn that we will service and repair ALL makes and models of vehicles - not just your Toyota. Your non-Toyota vehicle will get exactly the same exceptional service and treatment at a competitive price.

Our showroom has free Wi-Fi for those who wish to wait while their vehicle is serviced or warranted. 

Servicing and WOF Inspections While You Wait, or Book a Loan Vehicle

Don't mind waiting for your service or WOF inspection? We may be able to take care of your vehicle while you wait. Relax with a coffee in our comfortable customer lounge by the TV and take in the impressive range of new Toyota vehicles in our central city showroom while using our free Wi-Fi. 

Our Airport Service Centre, at 80 Orchard Road, provides this service with the following appointment times: 8:00am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Book one of these times using our booking form or call our Airport Service Centre on (03) 358 0103.

Late Model Toyota Loan Vehicles

Miles Toyota also has loan vehicles available, including some excellent late-model Toyota vehicles, for those who don't wish to wait on the premises.
