Our Community

Miles Toyota is more than just your local Toyota customer centre.
We know that working within our community will make a difference, making a better tomorrow start today.
We have always enjoyed supporting our local community, and have an on-going relationship with a number of local non-profit organisations. Unfortunately due to an overwhelming request from a variety of admirable groups, we are unable to fulfill all sponsorship requests. To assist us with these applications we have established some guidelines which we ask you to consider before submitting a request.

We proudly support local organisations that are trying to make a difference in our community, including organisations such as those listed below.

Rangiora High First XV RugbyMiles Toyota believes in helping to encourage healthy sport activity amongst Christchurch youth. That's why we're proud to get behind great teams such as the Rangiora First XV rugby team and their rugby club. The rugby club has 6 competitive rugby sides and a player development academy alongside its 1st XV. |

Rutherford's DenMiles Toyota is happy to support Rutherford's Den, a charitable trust that seeks to honour Sir Ernest Rutherford's achievements and life work. While the 'Den' itself sadly closed following the Christchurch earthquake, the learning experience continues elsewhere through classroom programmes in schools throughout Canterbury. We're excited to be part of this educational wonder and to help the trust stay mobile we've provided Rutherford's Den with the use of a Hiace ZL diesel. |

The ConcertThe Concert is a event established by the Christchurch Student Volunteer Army Foundation which will be held on 3rd November at the new AMI Stadium. Everyone that attends the concert will have given at least 4 hours of their time to help recreate Christchurch. Miles Toyota is helping to support The Concert by providing Toyota vehicles for the crew. A number of our team have also dedicated their own time towards volunteering. |
